I am back from N@shville. I am so glad to be back home in the dry heat of Northern California!

The three bedroom, 1400 sq foot house across the street from me is for sale. Asking price..........$370,000. Why would anyone in their right mind move to California? I bought my (slightly larger) house two years ago for $110,000 less.
