In other words...I am not "as" psychotic as last year, but then again I have been keeping a diary, so maybe that is the therapy that I need!
PART 2
I am trying to refinance my house to a 15 year mortgage. With the rates being so low I can not resist. For an extra $150 / month I can cut 15 years worth of payments off. This will save me approximately 175,000. My uncle is a loan officer and he is working on my refinance. I had to add up all of my debt (house, car, credit cards, etc.) As of today, I am officially $254,267.37 in debt. Up $245,000 from this time last year. If I were a part of the �cyber beggers rings� on the internet I would continue by saying�
I could be debt free if only...
250,000 people would send me $1
or 125,000 people would send me $2
or 50,000 would send me $5.
